Brain Fog
Brain FogDo you ever feel like your brain is as stuffed up as your nose gets when you have a bad cold? This symptom is commonly called Brain Fog.
Brain fog is generally considered a mild cognitive dysfunction. Essentially, one feels like they are in a haze and may have difficulty remembering simple things such as what they were about to do or where they were about to go, or they may have trouble recalling words or completing typically easy problems, like multiplication or an easy puzzle.
The pathology behind brain fog is still in question, however we do know this symptom typically is relieved by restoring the body and improving sleep disturbances.
