We are in-network providers for nearly all insurance carriers, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, Great West, Sloan's, and many more. Insurance typically covers most of your treatment. We do not accept Kaiser, Medicare, or Medicaid  for fibromyalgia treatments.

If your carrier is not on the list above, give us a call at 303-604-2660 to see if your insurance covers you. We will call your insurance company for a benefits check so we can provide details to you about your coverage.

Self Pay is accepted.  Payment plans will be set up for a price you can afford.
