We Are Fibromyalgia Specialists
Colorado Fibromyalgia Center (CFC) traces its roots to clinical research performed at Northwestern Health Sciences University on the multidisciplinary treatment of Fibromyalgia. In 2005, the results of this research led to the formation of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment approach centered around management of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, management of symptoms through the use of medical management and hands-on therapies, and dietary and lifestyle modifications.
In 2006, Colorado Fibromyalgia Center was founded as a branch of a nationwide chain of clinics specializing in Fibromyalgia. After operating under this entity for 18 months and having advanced our treatment guidelines as research advanced, Colorado Fibromyalgia Center became independent in 2008. Since this time, CFC has become nationally recognized and widely respected as Fibromyalgia specialists. As cutting-edge research advances, so to do treatment guidelines at CFC. CFC is progressive, yet stands by proven methods for the treatment and management of Fibromyalgia. We don’t just treat the symptoms, we treat what underlies as well.
Our practitioners have extensive training on treating Fibromyalgia and most importantly, have the experience of working with thousands of individuals with Fibromyalgia. We understand you. Our treatment team includes medical doctors, functional medicine doctors, wellness coaches, nutritional experts, and physical rehab and pain specialists. Over time, our Fibromyalgia specialists have developed a unique 16 week program consisting for four phases, designed as a platform to help our Fibromyalgia patients achieve their goals.

Dr. David Evans DC, CCSP
After over three decades in practice and having treated over 6000 patients, I still have an unceasing passion for treating patients. Each patient presents a mystery to be solved to discover what is causing their symptoms, and my ability to quickly and efficiently unravel that mystery is what has led to my continued success over the years. It is very likely that not only have I encountered your condition before I have also successfully treated it, probably a few thousand times. Even after all those encounters, every patient is still a new challenge to overcome for me and this is what drives me.
My post-graduate work after my training at Palmer College of Chiropractic includes a certification in Trauma treatment as well as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner certification. The extra Trauma training helped me become more proficient in the treatment of car accident victims, while the Sports Certification has helped me with the treatment of sport injuries as well as helping athletes improve performance.
I am excited to join South Pointe Healthcare as it provides the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team approach with an excellent group of dedicated healthcare professionals.
