COVID-19 Update 10/30/2020

When you arrive at our clinic, your safety and health have always been our top priority. Due to the recent increase in cases of COVID-19 in Colorado, we want to inform you about the preventative measures we are taking to ensure your safety as well as some important information for you arrive at our clinic.

Our clinic is currently open during our regular business hours. If you have a condition or diagnosis that requires immediate care please do not hesitate to contact us. We are currently scheduling New and Established patients. You will be provided an appointment (office or tele-health) that reflects the urgency of your situation.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms such as: cough, sore throat or fever your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date or conducted via tele-health at the patient’s discretion. If you are experiencing any of the above COVID-19 related symptoms, please do not schedule an appointment with us at this time.

For our patients coming into our office, we require that you wear a mask or some sort of mouth and nose covering. We also ask that you sanitize your hands prior to entering the office. On the first floor of our building, there are public restrooms. We politely ask that you wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds in the immediate adjacent public restroom prior to entering our office. If the restroom is occupied, we do offer hand sanitizer to patients at our front desk. All patients will also have their temperature taken to ensure that they do not have a fever.

Please limit accompanying family members to only those who are crucial to your visit.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT HAVE MASKS TO OFFER TO PATIENTS

We remind our patients to maintain at least a six-foot distance between themselves and other non-family persons while in our waiting lobby. South Pointe Healthcare makes an ongoing effort to adjusting our appointment calendar to minimize traffic in our waiting rooms.

Now more than ever, our goal is to work together to keep our community safe and healthy. We thank you for your continued support and patience through these uncertain times.

Thanks For Helping Us Create A Safe Space For All Of Our Patients,
